[Koha] Koha CD availability - Complimentary copies?

I don't think there is any official sources for koha on cd. If you need a
copy, I'd be more than happy to make one and send it out to you. However,
koha is only a few megabytes in size as a download, and should be easily
downloadable even over a dialup connection.
