Both can be recommended.
It all depends on your Koha use and environment.
If you work with american or non-european library, if you use some
biblio sources, you should try and use a framework near from them (in
this case MARC-21).
But if your major source is French or European libraries, maybe UNIMARC
can be a good choice.
