[Koha] Koha 2.2.5 is available for download

Andro, the document you refer to is for maintaining an up-to-date Koha
installation based on the current CVS files.  When working from a package
release like this, you will find a script called koha.upgrade in the
directory where you extract the package.  Run this script (as root) in a
terminal and follow the instructions on the screen.
