[Koha] MARC field 650

Hello koha,

  I have one small question why MARC field 650 is not repeated as
  required MARC format?

  example:
  http://212.14.16.131:8001/cgi-bin/koha/opac-MARCdetail.pl?bib=6101
  (polish template only work)

  is:

a Topical term or geographic name as entry element      piąte rozszerzenie UE
