[Koha] doubts on koha reports

hi

i have some doubts regarding the reports.

we need some additional reports. how to create this?

the elements are total titles in a particular category and total volume .i
have to display these items in the same report itself.

eg: total volumes in mathematics and total titles in mathematics


another doubt is ,if we are entering the  bibliographic details of books
randomly  that we have purchased  ,how to identify the last item we have
entered?

eg; we have books accession from 2000 to 2500 .if i first entered the
details of the  book accession number 2225 .after a day how to find out
which book i ended last?

plese give me the advices regarding these doubts immediately
