[Koha] Some doubts in koha

Iam sending this letter from india,kerala.we r installed koha2.2.0 and
input some data after that we upgraded in to 2.2.4 ,we are using fedora
core3 .
sir we have some doubts regarding data entry mainly on clasification ,in
that item number .we are using DDC 21st . for eg: professional c#
programming author simon robins,we classified it as  005.133c# ROB-P if it
is the second book giving a semicolon and 1 ie. 005.133c# ROB-P;1.we are
using ROB-P as item number ,is it the right procedure?.If we have  same
book(another copy) with different accesion date,supplier bill number and
date ,accession number,how to enter this again? we have to enter other
detatils(other details are same)again.the how to add the copies.

another doubt  is on maintaining the  thesaurus .how to creae this .we try
to create this but we didn't get any result.
