[Koha] Internal Server Error

Dear All

I'm from Indonesia, I new in Koha, and I have allready
Installing Koha 2.2.4 at Ubuntu 5.04 Linux. Everything
seem Ok, but after inputing data such as add Member,
when I Click "Save", the at memberentry.pl, show error
like this :

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or
misconfiguration and was unable to complete your
request.

Please contact the server administrator,
wandaramdan at gmail.com and inform them of the time the
error occurred, and anything you might have done that
may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in
the server error log.
