[Koha] Backup procedures Koha Win

With some excellent help form members of  this list I have Koha going 
under Windows and am adding data. The environment is not very secure. 
Can someone tell me what files to back up to preserve patron and item 
data and the current circulation records. Does someone hav some good 
macro routines and schedules they have implemented?
