[Koha] z3950 problem!!

hi 

when i give the ISBN number for a particular book and
click z3950 search a pop window appears showing
nothing found.....

Z39.50 Servers is also set...
The site is "Library Of Congress"
the hostname is “z3950.loc.gov”
port is "7090"
database is "voyager"
userid nothing
password nothing
checked is 1
rank is 1
syntax is "MARC21"

even z3950 daemon is installed.....then y am i not
getting the title,author......details....could u
suggest some idea plzz....as soon as possible...
