[Koha] adding shelf problem!!

Hi Chris,

my Z39.50 server is working fine....thanx..
But i've got another problem...when i try to add a
shelf  i get an error saying tat Internal Server
Error...
when i checked the koha-error log file its says 

Premature end of script headers: shelves.pl, referer:
http://192.168.0.126:8080/cgi-bin/koha/shelves.pl?shelves=1

cud u give a solution for this problem.....
