[Koha] Windows Installer and Unicode

Hi,
We are trying to install Koha  on windows platform.  We have the following
questions
1)  Is there windows installer for Koha 2.2.2 version?

2)  Does Koha supports unicode characters?  If it supports, how should we
tune Koha to support unicode characters?
