[Koha] manual

Sulfanzayd, currently the best general manual for Koha is at
http://www.koha.org/installation/manual/book1.html, though it's for
version 1.3.  New documentation is being prepared and the individual
pieces of this new manual are currently being loaded on Koha's Sourceforge
site in the "koha-doc" directory.  In particular, look at the files in
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/koha/koha-doc/en/general/ and
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/koha/koha-doc/en/sysadmin/migration/.
 Also be sure to look at the Koha wiki -- http://www.koha.org/wiki.
