[Koha] yaz 2.0.28: there´s no yaz-config

Hello Koha,

trying install Net:Z3950 I got the known message: 
"ERROR: Unable to call script 'yaz-config': is YAZ installed? at Makefile.PL 
line 12." 

OK, I get it from the yaz-webside http://www.indexdata.dk/. I installed yaz 
and libyaz (RPM), but there is no yaz-config:

rpm -qil yaz says:
