[Koha] Problems with Subject Searching

Hi,
  I just finished setting up KOHA, and I have a problem. Whenever I tried to
search by subject using the OPAC interface (not the intranet one, it works
fine), the search just eventually times out. It works fine using other search
terms, and as I said, it works fine doing the same type of search in the
intranet section. Any ideas?
