As occasional-admin-of-the-network-the-web-server-sits-on, I note that
www.koha.org did change IP numbers a couple of months back, and it's
entirely plausible that it's still not visible from various parts of the
'net.

Kym, if you could send me the output of

nslookup www.koha.org
nslookup koha.org
host www.koha.org
host koha.org

traceroute www.koha.org
ping www.koha.org

and if you could tell me your IP address (use ifconfig, or ip addr, or 
(under windows) ipconfig or winipcfg), then I'll look into it and shout 
at the relevant ISP's.
