[Koha] How to reset the database?

Hi,

We have just installed Koha on a PC in my school's library.  Now we're
ready to start using it, but before we start inputting the collection,
we need to delete the sample data from the database.  I couldn't find
anything on the koha site describing how to do this, so I'm asking here.

How do we empty the database?
