[Koha] Koha March release with security fixes

Hi all,

we were made aware of a missing piece of code that causes the details page for bibliographic records to break in the staff interface when using translated versions of Koha.

You might have already encountered the following error in intranet-error.log:

Template process failed: file error - parse error - cat-toolbar.inc line 132: unexpected end of input at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Templates.pm line 136.: /usr/share/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/catalogue/detail.pl

To get the fix for this issue, please upgrade to 24.11.03-2 as soon as it becomes available.
