[Koha] Koha March release with security fixes

Hi all,

The Koha community is proud to announce the release of March versions:
24.11.03
24.05.08
23.11.13
22.11.25

It is a bugfix/maintenance release including some security fixes.

It is highly recommended to upgrade.
