[Koha] Export Data tool fails (only tool that fails)- ver 23.11.06

All,

I checked the Apache config settings. I have:

Timeout 300 (seconds)
KeepAlive On
MaxKeepAliveRequests 100
KeepAliveTimeout 5 (seconds)
