[Koha] Plack error after update to Koha 21.11.06

Hi

As I just saw Koha menu "About Koha > Perl moules" says the following 
modules are not installed:

* JSON::Validator 3.14
* Mojolicious::Plugin::OpenAPI 2.16

But Debian GNU/Linux 10 says:

# apt-cache policy libjson-validator-perl
libjson-validator-perl:
   Installed: 3.06+dfsg-1
   Candidate: 3.06+dfsg-1

         100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

As said this is a Debian package installation. So how should we proceed 
to install the needed version of the missing modules?
