[Koha] No Warning Message while Checking Out a Particular Item Type to a Particular Patron Category (Already restricted in Circulation and Fine rules)

Hello,
I have restricted a *particular item type (say, Textbook)* to a *particular
patron category (say, Project Fellow)* for not checking out under circulation
and fine rules in Koha. While checking out a book under the same item type
to the same patron category, it is not showing any warning message but
allows checkout with the same due date and checkout date. I have also
checked Koha System preferences (Circulation) but have not found any such
option.

Currently, I am using Koha 21.05 in Debian 11 OS.
Is there an option to show such a warning message to enable a staff member
while doing the said job?
