[Koha] loading a deduplicated catalogue

Hi

I am loading a deduplicated catalogue, where item records will have moved
from one bib record to another, and bib records that were duplicates would
have been deleted.

The processing of the deduplication was done outside of Koha, and I'm
looking to re-import the whole catalogue.

Has anyone does this before, and is there any danger of data being lost (
item status etc)
