[Koha] Publication date (yyyy-yyyy) advanced search option not working in my Koha instance

Hi Cindy and all,

sorry for the copy and paste error in the email before... guess it as
about time something like that happened.  Trying again to keep the
thread, please just ignore the other email:

I have just tested in our 20.05 test installation and it appears to work
ok there.  Maybe some first things to look into:

Are you using Zebra or Elasticsearch?

Is 008 pos. 7-10 cataloged correctly for the records in question?

Can you share how the search link looks like that does work vs. the one
that doesn't?
