[Koha] [Koha-devel] Upgrading bugzilla server

To reproduce the problem you can try open
<https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/attachment.cgi?id=119143>. It
gives me right now Internal Server Error 500. The attachment upload via
git-bz gave 504.
