[Koha] New version not showing in about page - upgrade to 19.11.09 failed?

Hi

Iv run a reinstall of koha 19.11.09 but still about page shows previous
version (19.11.08) even though reinstall process said it is overwriting
19.11.09-1.

Iss there a way to check if the upgrade failed or if it is a typo somewhere
