[Koha] New version not showing in about page

Hi

I´ve upgraded my koha from 19.11.08 to 19.11.09 but koha about page still
shows 19.11.08

How can I fix this?
After upgrade I´ve restarted apache, memcached and plack and cleared my
browser cache.

I´m running ubuntu bionic (18.04)
