[Koha] 20.05.00 Alpha release

As a side note to the above,

This is the last call for any release notes improvements.. the draft is
available at
https://gitlab.com/koha-community/koha-release-notes/-/blob/master/release_notes_20_05_00.md
.

Please feedback if you spot any omissions or places where clarification is
needed. Sponsorship and Mentorship details are welcome additions as I've
attempted to go through and add all cases but would not be surprised if I
have missed some.

Please feedback here before the 27th if you wish to have anything
added/updated.
