[Koha] (PTFS customer) Bywater recalls plugin configured but staff side recall item symbol not showing on 18.11

Can you look in your IntranetUserJs syspref and verify the javascript the
plugin generates is in there?
Also, please check your web browser error console on the holds page, that
might give us a clue as to what's going on. This may help you if you've
never done that:
