Hi!

Thank you for your encouragement and offer to help, Katrin--I'm going to
try to file a bug, then!  I will definitely read through the page at the
link that you forwarded--that looks very helpful!

This will be my first attempt to actually file a bug--I'll put on my
pearls!:)  More soon!
