[Koha] OVERDUE FINES FAILED TO INCREMENT

Hi Murphy,

check your settings for "fine charging interval" - if you want a daily
increase of the fines, you should set it to 1. Also check your "Overdue
fines cap (amount)" for not being too low and "Cap fine at replacement
price" as those could keep more fines from being added.

Also: Fines won't be increased on days the library is closed, so check
your claendar.
