[Koha] Previous borrower vs. Last returned by vs. Last borrower

Thanks, Lisette! Does anyone know which system admin setting can turn off
previous borrower, but continue to store "last returned by "? The only
relevant setting I'm finding is StoreLastBorrower under OPAC privacy
settings.
