Hi, Sebastian.
We use Gemeinsamer Bibliotheksverbund via Z39.50 in Koha successfully,
so I can share our configuration with you. You'll find the Z3950/SRU
configuration in the staff client at Administration › Z39.50/SRU servers.
Server name: Gemeinsamer Bibliotheksverbund (or whatever you want)
Hostname: z3950.gbv.de
Port: 210
Database: gvk
Syntax: MARC21/USMARC
Encoding: utf8
Record type: Bibliographic
If those are the settings you're using, then perhaps someone else will
have an idea.
