[Koha] PayPal integration

Libraries using PayPal integration - or - a credit card/Square payment
solution at the front desk ~

We would like to use this feature and had a couple questions :

   - How is this feature working for you? Any issues?
   - Have you also implemented a solution for taking cards at the desk?
   Square or similar? How is that going for you?
