[Koha] Checking out with no barcode opens a print dialog

Hi Chris,

this is a shortcut for faster slip printing - pressing enter after 
checkouts will bring up the slip print dialog. Take a look at the 
CircAutoPrintQuickSlip system preference in order to change the behaviour.
