[Koha] cannot rebuild zebra instance

Hi Tom,

can you give us a bit more information?

- How was your Koha installed? I assume packages?

- What command do you use for rebuilding?

- Is there any error message when you run the rebuild with -v?

- Is zebrasrv running?
