[Koha] Translating string at Koha manual 16.11

Back to my first question.
Allow me use another example to explain it.

In English manual PDF format, it works fine at page 484 just before
4.10. Patron Search

Previous two .png files are not converted properly. Just leave the bad
.po words:
The patron will have a restriction added to their accountDischarge restriction
And a history of discharges will be added to the 'Discharge'
tabDischarge history
Now, I know the 'Discharge restriction' means dischargerestrict.png.

Luckly, another .png above is converted correctly.

Chinese html works fine, thank you Koha.
I realize that Chinese PDF would take too much effort. We will do it
for Koha in the near future.

Could some one deal with the missed .png files?
