[Koha] Duplicated Emails

Please answer to the list :)

You must know that 3.14 is no longer supported and that this patch has been
written for the current master branch.
You can try and fix the error you get by adding the "use Koha::Database;"
 line close to the other use statements at the top of C4/Circulation.pm
