[Koha] Zebra server is not running

Take a look at this.

We still have problem with the z39 protocol.
What we did was this:
We installed a server (ubuntu)
We installed koha from zero
Then we made a test: Everything FINE!!

But, listen this

As soon as we make a these procedure to restore the DB from production to
the new server (remember it was working OK)
everything stopped.

mysql -u root -p koha_library < koha_library.sql
sudo su
koha-upgrade-schema library
sudo koha-rebuild-zebra -b -a -v -f library
