[Koha] Manual locations?

Hi all,

I'm not able to find the 16.05 (English) manual.  It used to be here:

http://translate.koha-community.org/manual/16.05/en/

I don't see it here either:

http://translate.koha-community.org/manual/

I took a look at the new Sphinx-ified manual, but it doesn't seem quite
ready yet.  (I was looking specifically for the OverDrive paragraphs of
the Enhanced Content section.)

Is there a new location for the older manuals?
