[Koha] Need help to open a staff patron

Hi,

This is because you are using Ubuntu 16.04 with MySQL 5.7 - see bug
https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=16583 and
other related bugs.

The recommendation is to downgrade MySQL version or use an OS that comes
with any prior version of MySQL until this bug is sorted.
