[Koha] FW: Biblioitems table

Lezlie-
I generally don't ever populate the biblioitems callnumber fields.  I'm
wondering also if those fields are holdovers from a previous version of
Koha.  The itemcallnumber, classification and cn_sort values I work with
are all in the items table.

If the biblioitems.cn_sort value is to be populated it would also need to
know the schema in the 942$2 ddc/loc/etc.

Anyone else populating these fields in biblioitems??
