It'll really help if you find out what Koha version you have installed.

Try 'apt-cache policy koha-common'

What is in /etc/apache2/sites-enabled and /etc/apache2/sites-available
(show the results of an 'ls -l', as I have a theory that something has
caused a broken link and this'll highlight it.)
