What is your version of Koha and what is the install method?

Check for errors in a) Apache logs b) Koha logs

What is the size of the marc file you are trying to upload? Does the
error occur with a very small file, say with 5 marc records?

what are the file permissions on /tmp?

what is the level of free diskspace on your drive / storage?
