[Koha] Re-catalogue a library

Likewise with Riley, if you already have an a existing data and you would
want to re-catalog them for some reasons I would suggest to use marcedit. 

1. Export the data
2. Extract the ISBN
3. Harvest the data through z39.50 using marcedit.
4. Delete the new callnumber and combine the old one since its already
attached in the books. Or Just use the new one.
5. Match the biblionumber with the ISBN
6. and lastly re-import them in koha, record matching biblionumber / ISBN.
