[Koha] Overdue notices

Hi Steven,

there is a bug on bugzilla to restore the former behaviour:
http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=12717

There is also a cronjob to generate files for printing overdues on the
server: gather_print_notices.pl
