[Koha] Circulation anomalies

Switch on the access logs in Apache, if they aren't already on. Then you can see if someone is indeed returning them and from what ip. 

It's incredibly unlikely Koha is doing this itself or we would have had many many reports of this. 

The fact you are seeing returns.pl in the error log means someone or something is hitting the returns page. 
(they are warns and can be ignored but it does help us track down that someone is using the returns page. Access logs will tell us much more)
