[Koha] Foolproof backup suggestions

I am Rachel Laau Kara.  I am from Vanuatu. Also a Librarian working in Simeliu Library at the Vanuatu Institute of Teachers' Education.
I have been using Koha since 2009 and the first library to use Koha in Vanuatu.  I have been advising some Schools in Vanuatu to use Koha... 
There are 4 schools in Vanuatu using Koha.  So happy to hear you donating a Server to one of the school.  Shall I ask which school is it? .. I could help you in a way or so
