Look near the end of the file, there is something like

<config>
 <db_scheme>mysql</db_scheme>
 <database>koha</database>
 <hostname>localhost</hostname>
 <port>3306</port>
 <user>kohaadmin</user>
 <pass>katikoan</pass>
 <biblioserver>biblios</biblioserver>

If you change the user and/or password to access Koha database, update the
information in the file.
