[Koha] Strange searching problem (3.10.1)

Dear all

We have also a strang behaviour with Koha 3.10.2

We are running into Ubuntu 12.04 and Koha 3.10.2,
zebra compiled with grs and indexed with "-x"
No errors on zebra logs.....no http errors... nothing just missing
records..

The issue is that

If we search in any index or author index "canals" we get 27 results, when
there are 28 (then one is missing)

then...

If we search in any index  'Canals Ports'  (more specific search) we get
the lost result
If we search in au index 'Canals Ports' no result found

But it is able to find the 710 authority in the did you mean
functionality.....

Any similar behaviour with author index?
