[Koha] Catalog searches returning "No Title" after successive upgrade from 3.04.04 to 3.08.07

Hi 

 

I have upgraded one of my Koha instance from version 3.04.04 to 3.08.07
through other subsequent version. Now,  when I do a  catalog search (on both
the OPAC and  staff modules, I am getting most of the results with No
Titles, No location details or any other details for that mater as shown
below :
